POSITION DESCRIPTION
The Clinician is a Registered Professional Nurse who demonstrates expertise in a specialized are of nursing. The Clinician functions collaboratively with the Manager to plan, develop and implement staff development functions to promote quality nursing care and effect optimal patient outcomes. Functions as a clinical resource for professional nursing practice and patient care.POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Currently licensed as an RN in the State of Georgia
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing or in process of obtaining BSN
- Current BLS and ACLS
- Three (3) years experience as a registered nurse in the specialized area
- At least one year of Clinician or nursing education experience preferred
- Certified in area of Specialty preferred

WEEKEND REQUIREMENTS: No
ON-CALL REQUIREMENTS: No.
