SUMMARY
POSITION SUMMARY
The Certified Nursing Assistant assists the Registered and Licensed Practical Nurse in the delivery of direct nursing care. This position performs other duties in accordance with established policies and procedures. The CNA must work effectively with the Medical Staff, Nursing Staff, Administration, Support Services, and Ancillary Services personnel to provide quality patient care.
REQUIRED MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES (KSAS)

* EDUCATION: High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
* LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS: Certification by the State of Maine.
* EXPERIENCE: Previous experience in a clinical setting preferred.
