Senior Talent Operations Specialist at Everbridge in Burlington, Massachusetts

Job Description:

We are in search of a highly skilled, result-oriented, and analytical Talent Operations professional with a strong desire to succeed in a dynamic fast-growth SaaS organization. This candidate will report to our Director of Global Talent and work cross functionally across our Talent and People team.

The Talent Brand & Operations Specialist will support all recruiting-related activities, equipping recruiters with the most effective tools to approach the hiring process and tracking recruiting metrics to identify the best strategies and areas of improvement.What you'll do:
- You will be responsible for our Talent Acquisition Systems and Tools, (Applicant Tracking System, LinkedIn etc), Onboarding and Talent Brand among other initiatives
- Lead the documentation, communication, and standardization of best practices across our global talent team.
- Assist the Director of Global Talent with key recruiting projects from concept through execution
- Responsible for data management and data integrity within Talent Acquisition Systems for day to day operation and efficiency. You will conceptualize, implement, and optimize recruiting metrics and dashboards to promote data driven decision making and key stakeholder consumption
- Partner with Talent Coordinator to improve survey participation to achieve \\"Best Places to work\\" awards
- Collaborate with the Director of Global Talent to support our Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging Program from a system, tools, and dashboarding perspective.
- Evaluate tools and technologies that will help the recruiting team optimize their ability to be effective and provide value to our customers
- In partnership with our talent coordinator, you will own our onboarding and candidate experience
- Support our Learning and Development initiatives (building out programs)
- Develop and manage relationships with recruiting partners and vendors (Lever, LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Comparably etc)
- Assist the talent team in recruiting for urgent roles as neededWhat you'll bring:
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of work experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition &/or Marketing.
- Experience coming from high growth ever-evolving technology company
- Experience with Diversity and Inclusion initiatives, talent brand, Talent Acquisition programs and recruiting experience is desired
- Project management mindset with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities
- Experience working in a talent/people ops, brand or L&D environment
