Description
Provide security support to System High Corporation to include a wide variety of responsible and confidential administrative, analytical, and research duties. Will provide security support to corporate office, proposals, and System High customers.
The Corporate Security Administrator duties include, but not limited to:
Security Processing:
- Assisting with maintenance of the company Personnel Security (PERSEC) program to include:
- Responsible for maintaining company security databases
- Maintain personnel records in official databases of record (e.g. JPAS, DISS, NISS, etc.)
- Responsible for submitting and managing collateral VARs
- Responsible for assisting employees with e-QIP and SF86 review and submission
- Works closely with the FSO and AFSO on the administration of employees' initial security indoctrinations, briefings and debriefings
- Provide security data call metrics in support of proposal efforts, etc., as needed
- Assisting with the company Physical Security (PHYSEC) program to include:
- Supporting the external badging system, issue and collect employee and tenant badging, coding access management in the collateral space
- Assists the FSO and AFSO with the day-to-day Industrial Security support to the corporate office to include:
- Assist implementation of office security operations
- Contributes to the preparation of presentations, proposals and quotes as needed for security related matters
- Assist with the development of security SOPs, SIPOCs, and processes
- Supports the FSO in monitoring company security policies and procedures to include inspections with DCSA
Customer Support:
- Responds quickly and effectively implementing corrective actions as required when directed by FSO or AFSO
Proposal Support:
- Pulling security reports
- Verifying clearance information
- Reviewing prescreens, PSQs, etc.
- Proposal production (binding, wrapping, etc.)
Position Requirements
Required Skills (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities)
- PERSEC experience is highly desirable
- Desired experience with JPAS, DISS, NISS, and/or other databases
- Experience with the eQIP and the investigation process requirements
- Desired working knowledge of any of the following security disciplines: DD-254s, OPSEC, COMSEC, Special Access Programs, raining development, classification management, information systems security, document accountability, and PHYSEC
- Desired working knowledge of the NISPOM, ICD 503, ICD 705, ICD 704, DoDM 5205.07 Vol 1-4, JAFAN
- Analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to constructively engage and escalate recommendations to the FSO to resolve challenging situations
- Independent self-starter, proactive and professionally assertive
- Effective oral and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills; attention to detail, and strong written and presentation skills are desired
- Computer literate; proficiency with MS Office Suite and share point; ability to learn new technology platforms as they come online
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, flexible environment; capable of multi-tasking and task prioritization
- Available to work before/after typical office hours as work may demand
Clearance
- Final SECRET, TS/SCI eligible (negotiable)
Years of Experience/Education Requirements

- HS Diploma or equivalent
Travel
- Less than 10% annual CONUS travel
