You will work within Aptima's Performance Augmentation Systems division and have an active role in developing iOS-based and web-based tools on a fast-paced, collaborative team. You will work within the entire engineering lifecycle, including software requirements analysis, detailed design, implementation and test of individual software modules along with development, testing, and deployment of software systems and software applications.
Experience Needed
- Proficient with in native iOS development with Swift
- Proficient in at least one other programming language (e.g., C#, C++, Java, JavaScript, Python)
- Proficient with UIKit and SwiftUI frameworks
- Experience with developer tools, including Xcode, Git, and Jira
- Experience with web-based development, including frameworks such as Angular or React
- Experience with test and deployment of iOS apps, including testing with TestFlight and deployment to the App Store
- Experience with Agile development best practices and tools.
- Experience with back-end services deployment using Amazon Web Services (AWS) or similar cloud technologies
- Experience working on research-oriented projects with distributed and collaborative multi-disciplinary teams
- General familiarity and prior experience with the U.S. Department of Defense military services, missions, and applications
Minimum Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship required or the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field preferred
- 3+ years relevant experience
