HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST

THE POSITION

We are looking for a Human Resources Generalist to assist in developing and managing our company's culture. This person will onboard new hires, be involved in employee relations and continue to cultivate Horizon's Core Values through communications, trainings, programs and events sponsored by the Human Resources Department.

This person must possess a bachelor's degree and have 2 years of Human Resources experience.

THE LOCATION

Horizon is headquartered in the heart of Tyson's, VA, within walking distance of public transportation and ample places to grab lunch or have an offsite meeting. Occasional travel to employee locations may be required.
