What we're looking for:
Position Overview/Summary

As Privacy & Digital Risk Legal Fellow, you will spend one year following law school graduation working in Citrix's Legal Compliance & Audit department, with a focus on privacy and digital risk issues. You will gain exposure to, and contribute to, a broad digital portfolio, including privacy law, security governance, public policy and public engagement.

Primary Duties/Responsibilities
- Assist with global privacy compliance, including drafting policies, standards and guidance; assessment of privacy controls; and response to customer, employee and regulatory requirements and inquiries
- Assist with global digital policy portfolio, including preparing materials for and meeting with industry groups, policy for a, legislators and regulators

Basic Qualifications
- Law degree from an accredited law school. Prior coursework and/or work experience in privacy regulatory compliance

Preferred Qualifications
- Prior coursework and/or work experience with privacy compliance; understanding of security standards and management; strong legal analysis and writing skills.
