Job Description:
10 – 15 years of experience with solid understanding in all the phases of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), this includes Analysis, Design, Development, Testing and Maintenance
Prior experience in Production Support roles is Mandatory - Handle Incident, Service request and Problem tickets, Maintenance and Enhancement activities for the applications in scope
Involvement in SDLC life cycle starting from requirements through deployment and post deployment support.
Experience in handling larger teams delivering complex Application support and maintenance projects
Technical skillset – Knowledge on .Net, C#, VB6, SQL, Java Script, IIB, MQ, Message Broker (Preferred).
Experience in Coordination with Business users/client IT Team Leaders.
Coordinate with Offshore team for delivery
Flexibility to support the activities as needed over the weekends.
