PRN Physical Therapist


Outpatient Setting-approx 1-2 days/week

Qualifications





What it takes to be a Physical Therapist at Brookdale


Our physical therapists provide and direct therapy services to patients including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation. You will optimize the physical abilities and skills of patients by effectively participating in the care planning process and communicating patient status and needs to the patient, the patient’s family and staff. You will also establish individual patient schedules in conjunction with other team members and develop treatment plans by identifying a problem list, including long and short-term goals and methods to achieve identified goals. A Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required.
