We are currently looking for a full time and part-time Cook or Prep Cook to join our awesome Culinary Services team.

Health Center (Part-time)

Shift: 6 – 2p.m., 11:45 – 7:30 p.m., or 3:00 – 7:30 p.m.

The Bistro (Full-time)

Shift: Monday – Saturday 12:00 – 7:00 p.m. and 9:00 – 4:00 p.m. on Sunday

POSITION DESCRIPTION: Prepare meals and follow recipes in Health Center Dining and/or our Bistro.  Control food preparation and sanitation in all areas following established food prep and sanitation policies and procedures. Coordinate & prepare meals. Ensure all equipment is used, cleaned and maintained properly. Properly store and label leftovers. Provide high quality and courteous service.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: 2 years cooking experience as a kitchen aid, prep cook, or cook.  Knowledge and past experience with therapeutic diets is a plus but not required. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.  Ability to obtain ServSafe Certification.
