As the Director of Strategic Analytics Capability Development, you will be responsible for the following:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for the development of Advanced Analytics capabilities (Media measurement & optimization, business forecasting, assortment, eCommerce,) that support Global Consumer Brands growth objectives


• Develop and continuously maintain Global meta-learnings. Work with CIBA (Consumer Insights & Business Analytics) Regional Analytics business partners to embed into local business planning and activation.


• Responsible for building a continuous improvement and learning environment so the team and SCJ stay current with techniques and tools


• Works closely with CIBA Regional Analytics Business Partners, MIM (Media and Integrated Marketing), Customer Marketing, Finance, BPT (Business, Process and Technology) and other key functions to make sure capabilities and learnings are embedded and acted upon in our day to day business operations

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE/COMPETENCIES: 

• Bachelors Degree and 10+ years experience in Marketing Analytics


• CPG experience

PREFERRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE/COMPETENCIES:

• Comprehensive understanding of measurement capabilities, deep understanding of the CPG and Media data landscape, and proven experience in building advanced analytics capabilities that drive ROI


• Technically proficient with a proven ability to simplify complex data/technology concepts and communicate succinctly


• High level of EQ with “best in class” inclusive leadership, team management and coaching skills


• Strong communication and influencing skills across functions and levels in the company


• Hands-on experience with Analytics tools – SQL, Tableau, Alteryx, Python and ability to coach and develop more junior associates


• Global CPG experience preferred


• Experience with Digital media data and tools including Google Ads Data Hub, Big Query, Facebook/Google/Retailer Media group analytics solutions


• Ability to work effectively with cross functional teams and directly with executive levels


• Works well independently managing multiple priorities

• Global Travel 10-20%
