* Cleans and maintains common areas of building and resident rooms

*Able to follow directions with great time management skills

* Laundry responsibilities, cleaning, drying, folding and delivering to residents

*Ability to communicate properly with the senior population, management and coworkers 

* Ability to work independently and within a team to accomplish tasks
