Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities include:

• Provide direct and individualized care to residents and administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved nursing techniques and facility policies.


• Supervise caregivers and respond to situations based on LPN nursing standards, policies, procedures and protocol.


• Follow physician's orders, render and/or assist with complete nursing care, treatments, dressing and other physician orders.


• Review patient records to assure accuracy and completeness.


• Observe changes in resident conditions and promptly report them. 


• Document and report any unusual or significant findings.


• Demonstrate correct safety techniques.

Requirements:

• LPN license
