Kimberly-Clark’s Global Inclusion and Diversity Team is seeking an innovative, game-changer who can build upon our strong I&D foundation and past successes to further our I&D ambitions. This role has a global reach and will require knowledge of the local and regional business priorities, diversity of the market and inclusion maturity, in order to build strong, versatile strategies that deliver the best practices of I&D for our company and the 40,000+ employees behind some of the world’s most iconic brands.

The Global I&D Business Partner, Strategic Engagement & Initiatives will develop and implement global strategies to drive retention and engagement across the enterprise. The incumbent also serves as a consultant, business partner and global employee resource group strategist. This role is for someone who loves to both think big and drive the day-to-day implementation of global experiences (workshops, campaigns, programs, etc.). This is a role that allows one to leverage his or her creativity to develop unique and impactful improvements to our programs, education curriculum, the I&D infrastructure and key processes/practices at Kimberly-Clark that will drive inclusion and improve our global diversity outcomes for years to come. 

Responsibilities:


  • Lead the development and implementation of inclusion and diversity strategies to deliver improved retention and engagement for all talent and to improve rates for diverse talent.


  • Drive the annual and long-term I&D strategy implementation within global, corporation functions (excluding Finance and Global Supply Chain) by partnering and consulting with senior executives and HR leaders to develop and integrate inclusion goals and strategies into business operations and practices, to deliver enterprise I&D goals.


  • Develop and deploy the strategy for global ERG expansion and the revitalization of existing ERGs globally to align closer to business needs and objectives.


  • Provide SME with Global Learning & Development for the creation and refinement of content, ongoing learning strategies and education curricula for global individual contributors.


  • Build and position global, I&D engagement programs (that provide real-time solutions to strengthen ID impact), workshops, global Summits and other global experiences to drive I&D knowledge and awareness at all levels on the organization.


Qualifications:


  • Minimum 8 years progressive business experience within a Fortune 500 organization; including minimum of 3 years full-time, progressive inclusion and diversity experience.


  • Strong client/customer relationship management skills with demonstrated experience serving as an I&D consultant and/or business partner.


  • Strong, demonstrated experience driving global initiatives by managing multiple stakeholders’ interests and needs.


  • Highly skilled at working cross-functionally and cross-culturally with people at all levels, including influence of C-Suite and Senior Leaders, driving impact in a global, matrixed organization.


  • High level of business acumen – understanding of market dynamics, P&L management, workforce labor market, internal workforce talent and capabilities, etc.


  • Proven ability to establish trusted relationships with executives and peers that drive business deliverables with speed and precision.


  • Demonstrated sense of urgency, project management, stakeholder management and attention to detail is required. Must possess the ability to prioritize based on need.

K-C will support in-country relocation for the chosen candidate for the role. The benefits provided will be per the terms of K-C’s applicable mobility policies. The benefits/policy provided will be decided in K-C’s sole discretion.
