Job Description:

Bryant Products in Ixonia, WI is looking for a Mechanical Assembler for a 5:00 am - 3:00 pm opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• This position is located in Ixonia, WI


• Track progress in ERP software


• Read engineering documents such as prints, routings, and process instructions to correctly assemble and test products


• Proper handling of measurement tools and documenting values


• Read and execute production schedule


• Use hand/power tools and hydraulic/bench presses to assemble product


• Report scrap to supervisor


• Follow established Kanban programs


• Keep work area neat at all times to 6S standards


• Maintain all equipment in good operating condition


• Safely perform all responsibilities safely and in adherence to company policy


• Other duties as assigned

• Ability to communicate with others verbally and in writing


• Attention to detail Computer knowledge Ability to use inspection tools


• Ability to use hand, power, and hydraulic machinery


• Capable of operating overhead crane (will provide training)


• Walk and stand for entire shift


• Ability to lift 50 pounds unassisted


• Ability to lift 100 pounds with another person
