As Principal Product Innovation Data/Systems Analyst, you will work to enable and implement decisions around forecasting, drive our products to market faster, and leading efforts to simplify and increase ease of work.

A Day in A Life:


  • Develop, inspect, mine, transform and model data to increase visibility and productivity, to improve decision making.

  • Conduct statistical analysis to ensure predictive forecasting and classification.

  • Manage all aspects of end-to-end data processing utilizing customized report building functions and systems.

  • Build and monitor reporting applications and ensure the integrity of the data and system.

  • Responsible for maintaining the system, development efforts, and assisting with performing production support functions, including troubleshooting, user training, data reconciliation, production data loads, and security access.

  • Applies knowledge in technical documentation, diagnostic support, triage and system flows.

  • Identify and create standards and processes to support the application portfolio management.

  • Develop, facilitate and report test plans for application patches, upgrades and infrastructure configuration changes

  • Assist others in gathering, assessing and troubleshooting of application failure root cause.

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelors degree and a minimum of 7 years of systems administration OR system/data analysis experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years experience
Nice to Have


  • Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems Engineering and Management, Management Information Systems, or related field
  • Creating SSIS and SSRS packages
  • Well versed in VBA

  • Experience building reports and templates in Dodeca
  • Ability to translate sophisticated business issues or opportunities into easy to understand concepts with solutions and strong analytical and interpersonal skills are required.
