The Treasury Client Service Operations Officer is primarily responsible for providing analytical support and developing and delivering critical reports in support of Treasury Client Services business objectives and processes. Additionally, the Operations Officer will be a key contributor to the execution and delivery of any Treasury Client Service project deliverables through managing project plans, schedules, resources, dependencies, risks and issues.
Essential Duties:
- Analyzes and defines data/analytic needs to drive efficiencies and consistency in reporting solutions
- Partners with Treasury Sales, Operations, Product Management, Marketing and others to create a Capacity Plan and Dashboard reporting for Treasury Client Services and Treasury Account Services
- Creates and provides reports to the Treasury Client Service leadership team utilizing technology platforms such as Client Source, Salesforce, Cisco Finesse, etc
- Strategizes and collaborates with broader Commercial Division team to review, refine and implement consistent Treasury client-related business processes and practices across BOKF footprint
- Collaborates with Product Management, Operations and Treasury Sales on client impacting issues and communications
- Defines and manages comprehensive project plans to successful completion
- Participates in rollout of companywide system implementations and provides appropriate support as required
- In collaboration with Treasury Client Service leadership, designs, manages and advances Treasury Client Services job family career path program acting as a key strategic partner identifying areas of improvement, recommending solutions and monitoring results to grow capabilities of the Treasury Client Services Team
- Performs other duties as required
Education & Experience Requirements:
Required level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's Degree in a Business, Finance or related field and 5+ years' experience utilizing data for performance reporting or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Skills:
- Advanced knowledge of data analytics and reporting with ability to align to executive goals
- Experience in identifying data trends and ability to translate data into easy to understand concepts for training or discussion
- Basic knowledge of software development process, including design and analysis, release and version controls, validating completeness and accuracy, testing methodologies, and deployment management in order to effectively communicate with the project teams
- Thorough knowledge of general banking principles and regulations
- Advanced understanding of loan processes
- Working familiarity with BOKF Commercial Lending Policy and procedures
- Extensive PC and software and application skills
- Strong ability to effectively plan time, method, manner and sequence of projects while balancing the conflicting demands of stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills with a proven ability to foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork.
- Strong oral and written communication skills to effectively represent self and BOKF, as well as ability to explain and present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding Client and BOKF information.
