As a Lead Teacher or Kindergarten Prep Teacher you will:

Communicate regularly with parents to support, guide, and share in their child s development
*

Guide your teaching team to develop classroom plans, goals, and hands-on activities based on your observations of children s interests and skills
*

Document and share the special moments and important milestones of the children in your care

Must meet state and company minimum education and experience requirements including:

*

At least six months of experience working with children in a professional setting
*

At least 18 years of age with high school diploma or GED
*

CDA or higher Required
*

Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP)

*

Pass required state and company background checks
*
