Idaho National Laboratory s (INL) Business Systems group is hiring a Business System Administrator to work on a diverse team that supports multiple organizations with nuclear research. This individual will begin working remotely due to COVID-19 precautions, however is typically an on-site position in Idaho Falls.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

Business Analyst/Systems Administrator provides technical, analytical, and business expertise in maintaining current systems and implementing future improvements. They will be the liaison between user communities, peers, Business Management, Work Management, Engineering, and Information Management. They will act as an enabler and enthusiastic initiator of change who provides technical expertise to support existing business systems and takes a lead role in embracing new technologies to improve capabilities and mentor colleagues in the Business Systems Organization. Able to understand a large ERP system and all business processes is critical to the role. Knowledge to provide advanced reporting (analytics) capabilities and business process flow to the business, based on the ERP capabilities.

Position will operate, maintain, and become a subject matter expert for the following applications:

Equipment Reliability Suite (ERS)

* ER Dashboard

* Plant Health and LTA Manager

* System Health and use of SystemIQ

* Predictive Maintenance and PlantIQ

* Asset Suite Master Equipment List

Enterprise Shift Operation Management System (ESOMS)

* Operator Rounds functionality within ESOMS

* The functionality of Mobile Rounds and how it functions within ESOMS

* The Master Equipment List in Asset Suite and how it is used in ESOMS

* Equipment data points from Operator Rounds and Narrative Logs are available for extraction to ER Suite for Equipment Reliability reporting, per user input.

* Bachelor's degree and 2-5 years of relevant experience OR Advanced degree and 1-3 years of experience.

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

* 3-5 yrs Asset Suite System/Application Administration skills

* Experience with ER Suite and ESOMS and the MEL

* Ability to collaborate with Maintenance and Engineering to resolve issues

* Solid grasp of MS office products, specifically Excel, Power Pivot and SQL Reporting

* Solid grasp of SQL and ability to query and determine/resolve data anomalies

* Able to work non-core hours to solve processing issues as needed
