Job Description:
Reports directly to the Account Director for a global client account. This position may be located in the Seattle, WA area or remotely in Pittsburgh, PA and provides daily interface and direct support to the client. The CRM plays a critical role on the team in developing and maintaining the relationship with the client and management of their lease portfolio. Responsibilities include the following but are not limited to:
Essential Job Duties:
Daily interface with client
Management of critical dates, interfacing with business units ensuring dates are acted upon and dissemination of critical date decisions to Newmark teams
Coordinating and ensuring Landlords' are paid on time and TI allowances are collected
Provide lease interpretations requested by the business pillars
Support/provide leadership of projects for new initiatives and ad hoc client requests
Review and or preparation of monthly reporting package and delivery to the client
Provide training for internal team members on business objectives, new initiatives, or projects and abstracting standards
Point of escalation for issue resolution and conflict management for client
Assure that scheduled reports are completed and delivered timely and accurately
Monitor and assure that the lease administration database is maintained and updated so that the database accurately represents all current leases, critical dates and options in the portfolio.
Perform a monthly management review of service levels and related issues with Account Director
Continually review the overall service delivery and current processes for improvement opportunities
Possess hands-on experience in Tririga
Support Account Director for initiative for account
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Skills, Education and Experience:
BS in Accounting, Finance, Real Estate or comparable work experience.
MBA preferred.
Minimum 7 years' experience in lease administration with 2 years at a management/supervisory level.
Attention to detail critical.
Strong negotiating and communication skills with the ability to perceive problems and react quickly to effect solutions.
Working knowledge of commercial real estate principles and financial concepts.
Strong organizational, interpersonal, analytical and communication skills.
Exceptional planning and decision-making skills are highly desired.
Ability to work effectively in an organizational structure, and interact positively with various groups of individuals.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and its applications.
Experience with Tririga desired.
