NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Program Manager to join our team in Radford, Virginia (US-VA), United States (US).
This is a contingent position for a Program Manager for a large Fee for Service Government owned Data Center managing up to 200 employees. Under indirect supervision, oversees the operational planning, establishment, execution, and evaluation of a multifaceted program/project typically consisting of a set of closely related subprograms or associated activities. Oversees fiscal, operational, administrative, and human resources management of the program; Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports; Manages program staffing to ensure operational and special project needs are met; Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews deliverables; Serves as principal point of representation and liaison with external constituencies on operational matters; Provides day-to-day technical/professional guidance and leadership as appropriate to the area of expertise.
Basic Qualifications:
* Masters's degree with a minimum of 10 years of experience in Program Management.
* Currently active Secret Clearance (or higher).
* Project Management Institute (PMI) Program Management Professional (PMP) Certification or DAWIA Level III in Program Management
Preferred Qualifications:
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Experience in IT systems engineering and integration of enterprise IT solutions and supporting enterprise level missions
* Computing Environment Certification in the area of support (e.g. RedHat, Java, MS Certified Engineer, etc.)
* Master s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business, or related technical discipline
* Program Manager in a Fee for Service Data Center environment
* ITIL v.3
* Agile software development methodologies
* IT Service Management (ITSM)
* DOD and Army experience
