We're looking for an experienced data leader who will bring a proven approach to our analytics group in creating a best in class data experience and activation for one of our CPG clients. This person will be a key member of the agency innovation team focused on driving and managing the overall data strategy and data management programs from acquisition to loyalty. Responsibilities
Implement an end-to-end data practice including acquisition, analysis and recommendations to fuel both business insights as well as creative insights
Create strategies that build and optimize consumer databases for use in a range of marketing programs
Work hand-in-hand with a variety of roles on both the client and agency side to make data understandable and actionable
Oversee execution of data and analytics roadmap, including establishing projects for delivery
Working with the corresponding leadership teams and clients on establishing programs and products
Lead integration and deployment of partner-based and internally developed data products
Deploy portfolio of data and analytics services to drive efficiencies in business areas through automation and improved business intelligence
Interest or experience in sports and fan data a plus

Experience in business intelligence, data warehousing and ecommerce
Structure analytical problems, extract and analyze data, and present findings and insights
Demonstrate problem-solving ability with emphasis on drawing inferences with data
Demonstrate an understanding and ability to connect CRM, paid media tools and Social Monitoring tools with site analytics tools to gain integrated online marketing insights
Recommend, prepare, monitor and evaluate key conversion metrics and KPI dashboards by analyzing patterns, usage and trends
Contribute to client's direction and strategy, and influence decision-making based on information gained from deep-dive and ad hoc analysis
Demonstrates expertise in the visualization of data
Required Experience
7+ years relevant experience with 5+ years' experience in Web Analytics, Social Insights, Business Intelligence, Marketing analytics or other highly-quantitative field
Direct experience with implementing business intelligence, data, and advanced analytics solutions.
Experience working independently and self-managing projects supporting multiple stakeholders
Expert with web analytics platform(s) (Adobe, Google Analytics, etc.)
Experience with CRM programs and systems such as Salesforce
Master's Degree in Computer Science, Advanced Analytics, or Statistics preferred
