Job Description:

St. Jude Children's Research Hospital is looking for a Business Analyst with Clinical Research experience who is a self-starter, team player, and adept communicator with the ability to multitask, problem solve, and provide outstanding customer service. This position is in the Cancer Center Administration department, supporting the OnCore Clinical Trials Management System. Analyst will be responsible for day-to-day task execution, to include: data migration, system configuration, validation, training, change control process, and end-user support.

* Bachelor's Degree is required

* Major/concentration in Management Information Systems is preferred

* Clinical Research Associate with IT background is preferred

* Minimum three (3) years experience in a related administration or IT area required

* Must include (1) year of departmental experience in a designated or defacto role with such responsibilities as: Departmental Analyst/Coordination/Liaison; Project Leader; Systems Support/Development

* Three (3) years experience in clinical database/system support and/or development is preferred

* One (1) year of experience in healthcare/research industry is preferred
