IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

* perform nutritional screening and assessment of patients as outlined per policy and procedures.

* provide patient education on therapeutic diets as outlined per policy and procedures.

* offer oversight of FANS Aide staff in deciding which patient foods are allowed and disallowed based on the prescribed diet order.

QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION/SKILLS
Bachelor's Degree required.

EXPERIENCE
At least 1 year previous experience in hospital clinical dietetics preferred.

LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS AND/OR CERTIFICATIONS
RD and Texas LD licensure.
