Primary responsibilities of the Senior Provider Solutions Specialist is to serve as a lead and subject matter expert for Provider Solution Specialists in the integral role for HCA Information Technology Group (ITG). The role requires working closely with providers, but also involves working with an ecosystem of healthcare professionals including provider office personnel, Medical Staff Office, Provider Relations, Clinical Services, facility leaders, and others. What you will do in this role:

You will lead and independently conduct ambulatory EHR implementations for providers and practices
*

Round in physician practices to ensure ambulatory EHR support needs and issues are proactively identified and addressed
*

Work with Ambulatory Clinical Informatics team to create, introduce, and modify clinical content for the ambulatory EHR system
*

You will be responsible for leading, planning, coordinating, developing, tracking and delivery of training for providers and practice personnel on ambulatory EHR technologies and supporting systems
*

Follow up, post issue resolution, to complete customer service cycle
*

Promote process changes that improve the implementation, maintenance, and support of ambulatory EHR technologies

Qualifications
What you will you need:

A minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare or related field
