Position Overview:

We are looking for atalented individual to join our growing Global Enterprise Analytics team to helpprovide creative solutions. The primary function of this position is to design,implement and maintain Enterprise Data warehouse, Business Intelligence reportingsolutions and analytical tools for HR organization. The individual will seek tounderstand root causes of issues as well as identify, implement and buildtechnology that will help us raise the bar on the customer experience.

Roles and Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will bepersonally driven with solid verbal and written communication skills andaptitude to develop business and technical acumen. The Business Intelligence Engineer is responsible for thedesign, full life cycle development, and implementation of the Enterprise DataWarehouse, reporting and analytical solutions, and support the integration of EnterpriseData Warehouse with other applications. Thecandidate will work closely with Analysts and internal customers to turn datainto information and knowledge, that supports and helps business teams driveimprovement in key business metrics, customer experience and business results. StrongSQL development skills are a requirement of this position. The engineer will bepart of a development team using an agile methodology to continuously deliverbusiness value. You will be able to handle diverse requests of varyingcomplexity with lots of ambiguity .

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, Create and maintain optimal data pipeline architecture.


• Extraction, transformation and loading of data from a wide variety of HR data sources (Oracle HCM, Taleo Recruiting and other HR tools) using T-SQL, SQL, Python and Java


• Design and build data models to conform to our existing EDW architecture.


• Design and implement robust security models for accessing HR data and Reporting


• Design, build and orchestrate data pipelines using tools - Python, Airflow, SAP Data Services and SSIS


• Design and development of data warehouse using Microsoft SQL Server and Snowflake databases


• Knowledge and understanding of Enterprise applications like Oracle HCM Cloud (Core, Performance and Compensation), Taleo recruiting, etc.


• Development with one or more data visualization/reporting tools (Tableau, Business Objects, Hana Analytics, Microsoft Power BI)


• Work with HR teams to understand their data and reporting requirements.


• Work with Analysts, Architects, Operations and other teams to delivereffective, high-value data engineering and reporting solutions by leveraging anestablished delivery methodology.


• Implement data structures using best practices in data modeling, processes, and technologies.


• Continually recommend, develop, implement process improvements and tools to collect and analyze data, and visualize/present insights.

Skill/Job Requirements:

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Information Technology or any other or related filed.


• 8+ years Business Intelligence / Data Warehouse development experience using SQL, T-SQL, Python, Airflow, SAP Data Services, MS SQL Server and Snowflake databases


• 5+ years of experience in designing, building and implementing complete ETL processes and database back-end architecture using SQL, Python and Java.


• Experience in building ETL data pipelines from Oracle HCM, Taleo Recruiting and other HR tools


• Strong experience with developing end-to-end security for HR dataflow and reporting.


• Experience using Oracle BI reporting, Oracle Cloud UCM and Taleo Client connect tools.


• Experience in designing, building and orchestration of data pipelines using tools - Python, Airflow, SAP Data Services and SSIS


• Experience in database development using advanced SQL, T-SQL and advanced Python.


• Strong experience in full life cycle development, implementation, management, and performance tuning of the Enterprise Data Warehouse.


• Experience visualizing data in business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Business Objects, Hana Analytics and Microsoft Power BI.


• Experience and functional understanding with Enterprise HR applications like Oracle HCM, Taleo Talent Management, etc.


• Experience building and managing data flows to and from cloud applications


• Demonstrated experience in utilizing Python, R, or comparable to develop analyses


• Strong experience with performance and scalability design and testing.


• Experience creating test plans, testing and resolving data discrepancies


• Must be a self-motivated, energetic, detail oriented team player passionate about producing high quality BI & Analytics deliverables


• Strong sense of customer service for internal customers


• Medical robotics has unique characteristics that will require immersion in clinical and technical training and he or she must come up to speed quickly- an interest and desire to learn are critical
