Summary

The Data Measurement & Reporting Manager (MA Growth Reporting) role is an opportunity to set and execute a vision for Medicare Customer Analytics, managing a team to lead growth reporting for Cigna’s Medicare Advantage Business. You will work collaboratively with stakeholder partners across the business including Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, Local Market Operations, and Finance to provide strategic partnership in reporting, ensuring stakeholders of all management levels have streamlined reporting solutions designed for their specific stakeholder needs, populated with validated, trusted data.

Reporting to the Director of Medicare Customer Analytics, this position will evaluate the existing growth reporting landscape in partnership with our stakeholders to collectively set a growth reporting roadmap. The candidate filling this position will require a strategic, collaborative mindset in order to successfully set the reporting roadmap and must also possess tech savvy, data management skills, and a drive for results in order to execute the roadmap vision.

Responsibilities

Set and execute a growth reporting roadmap inclusive of: executive summary net-growth reporting, sales & disenrollment transactional reporting, reporting tools deriving insights from CMS public enrollment data, and other growth related reporting tools



  • Drive business partner engagement and adoption of newly developed reporting solutions by ensuring:



    • All reporting solutions have a clear stakeholder user base


    • All stakeholder partners have awareness of the reporting tools designed for their needs and an understanding of resources and/or point-of-contact to help resolve questions as they arise





  • Ensure business partner trust of reporting accuracy by:



    • Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure alignment on measure definitions


    • Developing reconciliation processes to help articulate differences that arise between transactional source systems and downstream reports  




  • Establish a mechanism to intake feedback and new reporting requests from stakeholder partners while maintaining open communication lines


  • Evaluate the operating model of the growth reporting team, and implement changes that will lead to improved output and talent development


  • Provide individual and team leadership to the Customer Analytics Team to help team members grow their capabilities and achieve their career goals


Requirements


  • 5+ years’ of experience in roles demanding a strong analytical mindset and development of reporting solutions to communicate insights with stakeholder partners



  • Excellent data skills with proven ability to:



    • Facilitate the connection between raw data and business insights


    • Reconcile complex data sets from multiple sources


    • Navigate relational databases





  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in complex matrix organizations, driving outstanding results


  • Demonstrated ability in leading success in a team environment to achieve business outcomes


  • Ability to influence and collaborate with leaders at all levels of the organization


  • Strong communication skills and business acumen to translate between business need & reporting solution specifications


Preferred


  • Experience with Tableau, Salesforce


  • Experience with Medicare Advantage
