WHAT YOU'LL DO

The North America (NAMR) Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist is responsible for driving the analysis and synthesis of BCG's talent acquisition data to support decision making, strategic planning and BCG's ability to recruit more effectively and efficiently across the North America talent acquisition organization. This individual will work closely with and report to the NAMR Talent Acquisition Manager for Screening, Selection, and Analytics. This individual will also work closely with office and NAMR talent acquisition teams.

YOU'RE GOOD AT

Primarily, this person will:
-
Partner with NAMR Talent Acquisition (TA) Leadership to define, enhance, and track key metrics to provide insight into local and NAMR talent acquisition efforts across cohorts
-
Design and circulate structured reports and scorecards for entry-level, experienced hire and digital talent acquisition to key stakeholders on a regular basis
-
Leverage predictive analysis to evaluate TA process and make recommendations; partner with NAMR Talent Acquisition Manager for Screening, Selection, and Analytics to build business-case presentations
-
Drive analysis on key screening and selection pilots, including:
-
Effectiveness of new screening and selection technologies
-
Effectiveness of new interviewing methods / technologies
-
Perform complex analysis, including:
-
How to weight candidate data points in screening process
-
How to weight screening process and data from selection process
-
Assess interview process for entry-level, experienced hire and digital talent acquisition on an annual, semi-annual or as needed basis, including:
-
Interviewer calibration
-
Candidate feedback
-
Other areas as needed
-
Use advanced statistics and tools to ensure analytics are valid, meaningful, rigorous, and provide actionable and comprehensive insights

Drive data integrity through accountability, process design, training and technology
-
Prepare materials for leadership meetings, talent acquisition team meetings, etc. that communicate key insights from analytics in concise and compelling way
-
Respond to ad hoc requests from talent acquisition leadership and teams, global HR, etc.

Perform other duties and special projects as required

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

BA/BS required
-
Strong analytical and reporting skills - ability to analyze large data sets, identify patterns, draw insights from data and drive to implications
-
Superior Excel skills
-
Experience with macros, VBA and/or SQL
-
Experience with Alteryx and Tableau
-
Ability to work independently, set priorities, plan workflow and take initiative
-
Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail, accurate and thorough
-
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, positive personal and professional image, high standards of professional behavior and ethics

Ability to team with others
-
Receptive to feedback and motivated to quickly learn new topics and skills

Ability to respect all BCG information as personal and confidential
