Emergency Call Routing is the next generation IP network combined with software that allows transport of an emergency call, text, video or IOT alert to the correct public safety answering point using geospatial routing. Emergency Call Taking software then presents the call, text, video or IOT alert to a call taker for triage and dispatch of a response. Additional supplemental data - such as real time location of the caller or emergency health profile data can also be displayed to help drive better outcomes.Job Description
Develop market leading next generation emergency call handling software (9-1-1). Software that not only handles traditional voice calls, but also mutli media calls (text, video etc). Integrate the call handling software with routing, dispatch, and analytic solutions. Our software that saves lives.
- Analyzes, develops, designs, and maintains software Automation Test script for the organization's products and systems.
- Performs system integration of software and hardware to maintain throughput and program consistency.
- Develops, validates, and tests: structures and user documentation.
- Assist in resolving customer field issues on live, production systems.
- Troubleshoot customer reported issues Maintain client/server product.Basic Requirements
