Position Description
Einstein Healthcare Network is a private, not for profit organization with several major facilities and many outpatient centers. In this role you will be responsible for:
- Guiding and managing the overall performance of the Recruitment Department
- Working directly with the Director of Recruitment and VP and Department Directors to provide professional support and advice related to recruitment strategies in support of hiring needs
- Managing Recruiters, coordinating departmental training and development, and instituting recruitment-related process improvement in HR systems and workflow
- Serving as a consultant to Recruitment Team and HR Operations and their designated departments by handling issues that arise related to recruiting practices and processes
- Managing vendor relationships and initiating specialty advertising and sourcing projects
- Working in partnership with department leadership in accomplishing HR initiatives in a manner that is consistent with the values of the Network
If you possess the following qualifications, please apply immediately:
- Bachelors' Degree in Human Resources or related field required
- Master's Degree preferred
- Minimum of seven years progressively responsible Human Resources recruitment/staffing experience required
- Two years of Recruitment Management experience required
- Demonstrated experience resolving service complaints and developing recruitment staff required
- Broad knowledge of personnel management and recruitment/staffing practices
- Excellent customer service and project management skills required
- Excellent written, oral and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated problem solving, analytical and negotiating skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and Applicant Tracking Systems
Physical Demands:
- Sitting, standing, bending, stooping, handling, reaching, lifting 10 lb. maximum
- Near vision
- Ability to hear normal conversation, telephone communicaiton
