A reputable health system is actively seeking an Cardiac Cath Lab Assistant Nursing Manager at one of their community hospitals in New Jersey. 

This rapidly growing health system offers large academic hospitals and small community hospitals throughout the New Jersey area, several of which are Magnet designated. The Cardiac Cath Lab Assistant Nursing Manager will work at one of the community hospitals located on the central coast of New Jersey. Winning several awards, this hospital offers an array of service lines and programs including their wound healing, comprehensive rehabilitation services, sleep center, bariatrics, and surgery. 

The Cardiac Cath Lab Assistant Nursing Manager will join an innovative team, working alongside a compassionate, team-oriented group of individuals. Reporting to the Manager of Cardiac Cath Lab over two hospitals, the Cardiac Cath Lab Assistant Nursing Manager will oversee all three cardiac and cath lab units within one of the community hospitals. Responsibilities of the Cardiac Cath Lab Assistant Nursing Manager including department work flow, scheduling, preparing material for accreditation and surveys, ensuring state and federal regulatory compliance, assisting with education and staff development, creating and implementing quality performance improvement initiatives, and cross collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure exceptional exceptional patient care and satisfaction is consistently being delivered. 

The ideal Cardiac Cath Lab Assistant Nursing Manager will have an active RN license, hold their BSN, have previous leadership experience, and have cardiac cath lab, telemetry/ICU, or interventional radiology RN experience.
