This accredited and trusted hospital in Central Florida is actively interviewing for an Vice President Risk and Quality Management. This incredible health system is seeking an established senior Nurse Executive to oversee all aspects of the Quality Management and Risk department in this acute
care facility.

Reporting directly to the hospital Chief Executive Officer, the Vice President Risk and Quality Management will take a Senior Leadership role within this Acute Care Hospital and throughout the Health System. Working in collaboration with the Chief Nursing Officer, Chief Medical Officer, and CEO

Inpatient Nurse Leadership, the Executive Director of Quality will serve in a Senior Advisory role for the organization and the community. Supporting the Executive Director is a small but dedicated team of RN Quality and Performance Improvement Specialists, Risk Management
Analysts, and Infection Prevention Coordinators.

The  Vice President Risk and Quality Management will have the opportunity to evaluate and redesign work processes throughout all nursing and clinical ancillary health units. A strong background in evidence-based best nursing practices, as well as the ability to track and
adapt industry trends, will prove very valuable to the Executive Director. The VP will have a unique role, as they will oversee both clinical and administrative quality improvement projects, applying performance excellence techniques and methodology such as Lean or Six Sigma
principles.
