The Inpatient Behavioral Health Nurse Manager will join an advanced team of behavioral health professionals committed to treating mental illness. This leader must be personable, friendly, and experienced in Behavioral Health, as they will be leading more than 20 full time employees. The Inpatient Behavioral Health Nurse Manager should have strong knowledge of day to day operations of the Behavioral Health Department, and is considered a resource for the nursing staff. BSN Required.

Reporting to the CNO, the Inpatient Behavioral Health Nurse Manager will be responsible for daily operations of the nursing staff including ensuring compliance with regulatory standards are met while overseeing administrative staff meetings. As a key leader, this position will work in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team of physicians, psychiatrists, nurse practitioners and other advanced practice providers.
