Job Description:

An excellent opportunity is now available for a Clinical Director of an Eating Disorder Recovery Center.

The Clinical Director Behavioral Health Clinic will report to the Chief Executive Officer. The Clinical Director will be responsible for managing and mentoring the clinical staff throughout the network.  The Clinical Director will be supported by an Assistant Clinical Director and will oversee a very large team of Therapists and Psychologists.

The Clinical Director will be responsible for oversight and operational planning for multiple clinics, and will be responsible for the growth and development of these clinics.  

The Clinical Director Behavioral Health Center will work closely with Assistant Director to coordinate and oversee continuing education and in-service trainings and will review policies and procedures to ensure best practices in patient safety and performance improvement.

The Director of the Eating Disorder Recovery Centers will be responsible for operational oversight, budgeting, quality control, patient experience, business development, and maintaining regulatory code. 

This Eating Disorder Recovery Center was started in the San Francisco Bay Area, and currently has 2 locations.   The Outpatient Behavioral Health Center services patients of all ages, genders and sexual orientations.  The Eating Disorder Recover Center specializes in treating patients suffering from: anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder and disordered eating.   The Behavioral Health Center provides Day Treatment, Intensive Outpatient Services and Outpatient Counseling.

Due to the pandemic, the Center has moved to virtual counseling, and is offering remote work to therapists and leaders alike.  The ideal candidate will work in the San Francisco Bay Area, and will be required for the occasional in-person meeting, but the bulk of work will be done remotely.
