Position Description:
• Provide a high standard of individualized customer service to both internal and external customers.
• Assisting in the continuous flow of AGSU orders.
• Proofing and Pricing updates on all Special orders.
• Continual follow through on the inactive items reports.
• Consistent follow up on the orders on hold report.
• Embroidery Orders
• Skilled in multi-tasking; including the ability to be flexible and adapt to changes quickly.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Strong computer navigation skills and PC Knowledge (5+ years of experience).
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills (5+ years of experience)
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Job Requirements:
• Individual must possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent • College or some college preferred
• Strong data entry skills
Essential Functions/Physical Demands:
• Positional: Driving in accordance with job duties assigned. Infrequent standing and walking. Constant sitting.
• Gross Mobility: Rare climbing, or crawling. Infrequent balancing, stooping, kneeling, or crouching. Frequent to constant reaching and handling.
• Sensory: Rare tasting/smelling. Infrequent use of color vision. Occasional use of far visual acuity, depth perception, and field of vision. Frequent use of near and midrange visual acuity, and visual accommodation. Frequent to constant talking.
