Position Description:


  • Build, plan, implement and manage the overall digital marketing strategy

  • Stay up to date with the latest technology; vocalize and recommend best practices for implementation

  • Measure and report on ROI and KPIs; campaign performance effectiveness; manage digital marketing budget

  • Oversee all the company's public safety related brands, including digital platforms on web, mobile, and PC with brand reputation management, quality of content and growth strategies

  • Track and measure SEO and Google Analytics metrics and provide reports

  • Research and forecast future sales and performance trends

  • Research competitors: audit customers on interactive platforms and provide suggestions for improvement

  • Manage auditing of website content in conjunction with other departments to maintain accuracy of information

  • Ideate and implement online advertising and search engine marketing initiatives

  • Supervise, lead and motivate Digital Marketing Specialist to develop and maintain creative for web banners, email blasts, websites while maintaining brand standards

  • Perform content review and daily web maintenance for true optimization, field technical solutions and analysis

  • Develop, maintain, and leverage lead generation tools for targeted email campaigns

  • Provides insight to the business unit on how to best develop and leverage capabilities for the organizational growth

  • Collaborate and manage relationships with major suppliers, vendors, or sub-contractors to ensure the organization receives standards of service.

  • Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field

  • Proficient in HTML and CSS; Adobe Suite including Dreamweaver; utilization of Goggle analytics, SEO management

  • Experience as conduit between IT and Marketing preferred

  • Sensory: Rare tasting/smelling. Infrequent use of color vision. Occasional use of far visual acuity, depth perception, and field of vision. Frequent use of near and midrange visual acuity, and visual accommodation. Frequent to constant talking.
