Job Description:

Position Description:

• Daily monitoring, collecting, and maintenance of customer data and campaign performance.

• Entering data from multiple sources to specific reporting templates to assist the organization with Web Analytics.

• Entering product specifications, images, copy, video content, and SKU information into the current Website Content Management System.

• Collecting and organizing product data for business partners, affiliates, and internal departments

• Entering, auditing, and editing webpage content in accordance with the current on-page SEO strategy in an effort to improve overall Organic Search performance

• Researching competitor behavior and digital marketing trends in order to help develop new digital marketing strategies

• Monitoring online behavior of business partners and affiliates to ensure compliance of policies and procedures

• Assisting in the daily management and maintenance Paid Search Marketing Campaigns and daily budgets.

• Assisting with the daily monitoring and maintenance of the existing Affiliate Marketing program

• Assisting with Email Marketing strategy and reporting

• Assisting with monitoring daily budgets and performance in regards to paid advertising on Social Media networks

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Ability to, learn, adapt, collaborate, and communicate effectively in a team orientated environment.

• Ability to work within a team as well as independently

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite, and Google software products

• Hands on experience in any of the following is a major plus:

Web analytics, SEO, Website Design, Website Content/Merchandising management, Mobile Marketing/Responsive design, Email Marketing, Paid Search, Social Media Advertising, Ecommerce Marketplace management, CSEs and Affiliate networking, CRM management, HTLM and CSS.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

• Excellent computer skills, at a minimum must be proficient in Microsoft Excel

• Capability of collecting, managing, and sharing data for the purpose of business development

• Experience with team-oriented projects that involve strict deadlines

• Detail-oriented, reliable, self-motivated, and enthusiastic

• Must possess the ability and desire to learn new skills in a fast-paced business environment

Essential Functions/Physical Demands:

• Positional: Driving in accordance with job duties assigned. Infrequent standing and walking. Constant sitting.

• Gross Mobility: Rare climbing, or crawling. Infrequent balancing, stooping, kneeling, or crouching. Frequent to constant reaching and handling.

• Sensory: Rare tasting/smelling. Infrequent use of color vision. Occasional use of far visual acuity, depth perception, and field of vision. Frequent use of near and midrange visual acuity, and visual accommodation. Frequent to constant talking.
