About the Position:

The Regional Vice President of Operations will plan, direct, coordinate, and oversee operations activities in the organization, ensuring development and implementation of efficient operations and cost-effective processes to meet current and future needs of the organization.  The role can be based in Denver, CO or remote.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities


  • Regional Vice President safety responsibilities include: Developing and executing health and safety plans in the workplace according to legal guidelines.  Preparing and enforcing policies to establish a culture of health and safety.  Evaluating practices, procedures and facilities to assess risk and adherence to the law.

  • Drive the continuous improvement of processes and systems that will have continuing long-term benefits within the region.

  • Lead sales and marketing efforts in service centers that drive exceptional customer service.

  • Coordinate, monitor, and manage various stores/branches within a geographic region

  • Support the senior leadership team, regional service center managers, and staff to make consistent and progressive steps toward organizational and programmatic consistency and sustainability; effectively communicate work plans and priorities derived from the organization's strategic plan by partnering with senior leaders to follow through with coordinated accountabilities, objectives, and associated budgets

  • Work hand-in-hand with Service Center Managers in order to develop and implement new plans/ideas that will enhance the operations of the company at large

  • Review and develop processes to prevent losses and execute cost saving measures.

  • Responsible for management of regional P&L, expenditures to budget.  Forecast requirements; prepare an annual budget; schedule expenditures; analyze variances; initiating corrective actions. 

  • Contribute operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; prepare and complete action plans; implement production, productivity, quality and customer-service standards; resolve problems; complete audits; identify trends

  • Coach, mentor, and develop staff, including overseeing new employee onboarding and providing career development planning and opportunities.

  • Empower employees to take responsibility for their jobs and goals. Delegate responsibility and expect accountability and regular feedback.

  • Foster a spirit of teamwork and unity among team members that allows for disagreement over ideas, conflict and expeditious conflict resolution, and the appreciation of diversity as well as cohesiveness, support, and working effectively together to enable each employee and the department to succeed.

Skills, Knowledge and Ability Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or in any closely related field; MBA a plus

  • Ability to develop high performing teams.

  • 10 years+ industry relevant experience

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills

  • Extensive knowledge of the principles, procedures, and best practices in the industry.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
