Position Description:
• Project management leadership and execution of brand marketing initiatives across all consumer touch points (e.g. promotions, web, print, social, events, business development, etc…)
• Procure content across customer channels – copywriting for advertisements, press releases, sales collateral, social media, etc.
• Awareness of marketing spend and establishing, tracking and monitoring ROI
• Assist in market research and consumer understanding
• Ideation development and business building ideas
• Management of brand promotions activities – concept to measurement
• Works with the Brand Manager on the annual branding and communications strategy and plan
• Coordinates traffic and workflow via an annual promotions/marketing calendar;
• Creates plans to connect the brand to its key stakeholders and distributing partners;
• Creates specific marketing communication plans for key geographic areas;
• Supports internal stakeholders (including marketing, sales, management) with project requirements
• Collaborates and coordinates offline and online marketing and communication resources; manages and tracks fulfillment of sample requests, sales collateral, etc.
• Assist with the development and monitoring of brand guidelines to ensure alignment in all mediums
• Collaboration with PR, Social Media, Communications, etc... to maximize success of all brand activity
• Plan, organize and coordinate all activities associated with events/shows
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Must possess strong writing, proofreading and organizational detail skills
• Willingness to collaborate with marketing team members and cross-functional teams
• Ability to complete tasks and meet deadlines
• Ability to quickly learn and pick up on complex ideas
• Willingness to multi-task, jump in and help any campaign
• Willingness to monitor social media platforms with specific programs (i.e. TweetDeck)
• Exhibits strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to negotiate costs/expenses with vendors or sponsors
• Ability to manage and scope a project from beginning to end
• Individual must be driven by team-focused environment, not individual accolades
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
• Two (2) to Three (3) years experience in marketing preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and base knowledge of Adobe programs. Good understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Etc)

• Positional: Driving in accordance with job duties assigned. Infrequent standing and walking. Constant sitting.
• Gross Mobility: Rare climbing, or crawling. Infrequent balancing, stooping, kneeling, or crouching. Frequent to constant reaching and handling.
• Sensory: Rare tasting/smelling. Infrequent use of color vision. Occasional use of far visual acuity, depth perception, and field of vision. Frequent use of near and midrange visual acuity, and visual accommodation. Frequent to constant talking.
