Where You’ll Work

This Internship will be will be part of the Health Services Labs team, specifically focusing on Project Management within New Solutions. We fuel future growth across the enterprise by focusing our diverse talent and entrepreneurial spirit to work collaboratively, with speed and purpose, to create a never-ending stream of needed insights and market-disrupting solutions. Our solutions include data, analytics, service platforms and other meaningfully-differentiated capabilities.

This position is physically located in the state-of-the art Health Services Lab where we’re working every day to solve healthcare’s biggest challenges. Whether we’re developing a comprehensive solution to tackle opioid dependency or discovering a way to remotely monitor patients living with diabetes, the Lab is key to our success.

What You’ll Do

During the 12-week summer internship, you will have the opportunity to collaborate within your department and across the business while learning from some of our brightest and most innovative employees in your area of focus.

• Provide project management assistance for strategic projects


• Work collaboratively with cross-functional partners throughout the Enterprise to meet the needs of the business and overall Enterprise objectives


• Assist in developing project plans


• Managing project milestones as well as provide progress reports to management, as needed


• Participate in new product development ideation sessions


• Perform data analysis and reporting tasks

Qualifications

• You must be available to work a 40-hour work week for 10-12 weeks during summer 2021.


• Currently enrolled in a bachelor degree program or advanced degree program; preferred majors include Business, Project Management, Analytics, Management, or related field


• Junior or Senior-level undergraduate student with a 3.0 GPA status or above preferred.


• Strong attention to detail and ability to think analytically


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills


• Strong business aptitude and problem solving skills


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; interest in project management


• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Excel


• Excellent time management and organizational skills
