RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Live Our Values: People, Quality, Service and Innovation
  • Complete Furniture Repairs in the HDC as well as Clients Homes
  • Answer internal and external customer inquiries via phone and/or email
  • Complete all necessary records and reports in a timely and accurate fashion
  • Assume responsibility of departmental goals and actively participate in achieving these goals on a daily basis
  • Abide by all security policies and procedures
  • Ensure that the warehouse is consistently clean and free of debris
  • Abide by all company policies and procedures
  • All other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

  • 1+ years Furniture Medic Experience
  • Live and breathe Our Core Values.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Basic mathematics and reading skills
  • Strong understanding of warehousing and distribution
  • Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills including analyzing, interpreting and addressing customer needs
  • Friendly, upbeat personality focused on providing excellent customer service
  • Flexible and quick to adapt to changing business needs and process
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Skilled in providing outstanding customer service
  • Defuse situations and strong ability to problem solve
  • Strong time management and multitasking ability
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and maintain goals
  • Ability to make quick, accurate and appropriate decisions
