RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design and develop new integrations in support of new application/functionality deployments in the ecommerce/supply chain/master data management/CRM space.

• Design schemas to align with enterprise standards where applicable to enable information breadth, consumability and portability.

• Pick the right method of integration (API/queue) and triggering mechanisms (API call based on a business event vs publishing a payload based on a business event or a polling based invoking of API etc) based on the business needs.

• Adhere to established development standards including exception handling/ notifications/versioning etc.

• Develop new enterprise microservices using springboot framework to cater to cross functional needs.

• Deliver the assigned integrations on time and solid initial quality.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 7+ years of experience developing integrations in EAI space

• 4+ years of experience building API/pub-sub integrations using Mule

• Experience using Anypoint Platform - API Manager, Runtime Manager, Exchange etc.

• Demonstrated recent hands-on experience in Mulesoft 3.6, 3.8, 3.9 or 4.x (4+ years)

• Experience developing and deploying enterprise micro services serving shared needs across the enterprise.

• Expertise in designing the right scalable, functional and high performing schemas

• Domain awareness in master data management/supply chain/CRM a huge plus

• Solid problem solving and analytical skills to solve production issues and/or resolve dev time challenges.

• Excellent communication skills to parlay schema design to functional and technical folks supporting source/target applications.

• Solid domain knowledge of business processes in retail needed.

• Solid problem solving skills, good eye for speed vs value tradeoffs and crisp execution a must.

• Ability to communicate effectively with business users, stakeholders, product managers and engineering team a must.

• Demonstrated ability to adapt to new applications/technologies/tools/processes.
