JOB DESCRIPTION
Leader role would be responsible for managing engineering team that support our customer delight centers, distribution centers, and home delivery locations.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Live Our Vision, Values and Beliefs every day
• Partner with field teams to understand their needs and pain points.
• Develop processes to better support field team
• Build new metrics to track team's success.
• Work effectively with other support team's leadership to evaluate new tools and develop cross team processes.
• Manage support team schedule
• Facilitate resolution of escalated support cases.
• Periodic review and analysis of support team and identify opportunities for improvement.

OUR REQUIREMENTS

• Familiarity with ITSM tools. Preferer ServiceNow experience.
• Demonstrate ability to work and thrive in fast pace environment.
• Some travel required.
• 5 year background in IT support or equivalent experience.
• Some overnight and weekend work will be required.
