Origination of Centralized Sales Loans - Support Centralized Sales Home Lending Advisors by working with consumers who are shopping for a mortgage and driving qualified consumers to Home Lending Advisors, and by reaching out to customers who have inquired online and/or who have been pre-screened for certain mortgage products

The Lead Generation teams are key elements of our goal to become a higher-quality, less volatile home lending business.

Responsibilities Include; but not limited to:


  • Effectively building rapport with consumers on the phone; conveying confidence and presence on the phone; consulting with consumers to identify needs and create urgency.
  • Develop an understand of the Hole Lending mortgage offering and home lending guidelines; being familiar with the diversity of Chase products/services and the advantages of each;
  • Successfully identifying priorities and using time effectively to support the HL Advisors by considering needs, and current events;
  • Sharing information and expertise with partners and team members; working together to achieve work goals; being candid and honest with coworkers and referral sources; understanding the roles, priorities, and goals of other stakeholders in the home lending process
  • Support the origination process depending on consumer direct capacity, volume, and pipeline, the specialist will be asked to shift among these activities:

    • Manage Contract Central alerts
    • Follow-up with Home Lending Advisors' prospects
    • Review customer Profile forms to identify prospects
    • Manage pre-qualifications leads


Qualifications:

  • Customer Centric focus mindset required; service oriented
  • Telemarketing or phone sales experience a plus
  • Strong people skills, high energy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast paced, time sensitive environment.
  • Strong problem solving, organizational, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Results-oriented with a high level energy and personal initiative ability.
  • Strong adherence to compliance regulations
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong PC skills required
  • Team player; ability to work with different level, work within & support team with integrity
  • College a plus; not required

This position is subject to the Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act qualification requirements for Loan Originators. As such, an employment offer for this position is contingent on JPMC's review of your criminal conviction history, credit report, information available through NMLS, and any other information relevant to a determination by JPMC that you demonstrate financial responsibility, good character, and general fitness for the position. Note that any felony conviction within the last seven years will disqualify you from consideration for this position.

Your continued employment in this position would be contingent upon compliance with Truth in Lending Act/Dodd Frank Loan Originator requirements. In addition, this position requires National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) registration under the SAFE Act of 2008. As such, upon active employment with JPMorgan Chase, you will be required to either register on NMLS, or to update your existing registration as necessary to grant access to and reflect your employment with JPMorgan Chase. Your continued employment in this position with JPMorgan Chase is contingent upon compliance with the SAFE Act, including successful registration immediately after your start date, and timely completion of annual renewal and required updates thereafter.
