Maintenance Assistant :

Full Time, Fixed Schedule. Thursday - Monday (Tuesday/Wednesday off)

The Maintenance Assistant performs maintenance as scheduled by the Maintenance supervisor and is accountable for keeping the building and work environment clean, safe and functional for our staff and residents.

The ideal candidate has knowledge and the physical capacity to perform basic maintenance functions such as plumbing, HVAC, basic electric, general carpentry skills, painting, ice/snow removal, painting, carpet repairs, general repairs, housekeeping/laundry duties and any other duties to provide Marquis residents with a clean, safe and operational environment.

This position also assists in housekeeping and laundry, which include deep cleans, general cleaning, laundry and other coverage when needed.

The ideal candidate will respond to resident and staff requests with a professional attitude and delivers superior customer service and represent the company in a professional manner at all times.
