 We are looking for Call Center Representatives to work from the comfort of your own home. You will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers. By joining our virtual call center, you will receive a fully remote, paid training to strengthen your customer service skills and assist our clients! What does a CALL CENTER TRAINEE do?



  • Provide quality customer service by assisting customers with specific questions concerning billing and policy status.

  • Process monthly payments via Insured credit/debit card or Insured ACH.

  • Provide documents requested by insured such as payment receipt, insurance identification cards and letter of experience.

  • Contribute to team effort by meeting individual goals and helping others accomplish their job results where needed; quickly identifying and reporting system malfunctions.

  • Answer general questions and redirect customer calls as needed.

  • Make outbound calls to identify potential customers.

 What is required?


 Education:



  •  High School Diploma or GED required. 

 


Experience:



  •  Demonstrated success in a customer service capacity is a PLUS

 


Other skills and abilities:



  •  Excellent Customer Service Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills

  • Ability to manage own time while prioritizing multiple tasks

  • Ability to remain calm when dealing with difficult customers

  • Ability to learn and utilize computer systems and other technologies

  • Ability to gather and analyze information in order to evaluate results and choose the best solution to the problem

  • Bilingual (Spanish and English) is REQUIRED
