Develop incubator solutions for Community and Business Development, focused on product and fee revenue solutions to drive financially positive outcomes for our customers and the bank

Drive the ongoing assessment and execution of new business development opportunities to deliver financial health at scale - tying back to the firms $30B commitment for driving for all customers and clients

Work with cross functional teams (digital, corporate development, corporate strategy, CB Product, CB Marketing, National Sales) to develop and execute small to large scale pilots in order to asses viability of customer solutions and ultimately integrate to business functions

Drive and end-to-end program focused on cash flow management and lead Employee Financial Health initiative, which is the a large scale effort to manage and deliver on Financial wellness for our corporate, branch and firmwide employees

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience

• 5-7 years minimum of product management, and/or strategy and implementation experience or equivalent.

• MBA preferred.

• Proven ability to lead projects.

• Strong project management, multi-tasking, leadership skills.

• Extensive knowledge of financial services and operations, credit, sales,products, policies and procedures.

• Strong presentation /facilitation skills.

• Understanding of overall strategy and vision of division and its supporting areas.
