The US Wealth Management Business Process Manager will be responsible for handling internal escalations and P1 ticket process for USWM Service and Platform Support Team and responsible for all activities in assigned area including developing and maintaining standards, and working on most complex/sensitive project. The US Wealth Management Business Process Manager will:
• Have project management responsibilities or may have responsibility for managing a process within the functional area.
• Leads coordination of cross-functional teams across multiple disciplines to assure compliance with objectives on high complexity initiatives.
• Accountable for the production quality of the assigned processes and the development/implementation of strategic initiatives to improve the process.
Primary focus of the position is the resolution of complex business problems and execution of complex business transactions.
• Manages execution of strategic implementations across the function/department.
• Ability to identify risks, establish contingencies for potential or real issues and articulate well-defined solution proposals that have direct impacts on business initiatives.
