Senior Alliances Manager, Recommendation Systems - New College Grad at Nvidia Corporation in Santa Clara, California

Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Alliances Manager, Recommendation Systems - New College Grad to drive partnerships with ISVs and their internal development teams within consumer internet companies that are building recommendation engines/personalization products that are servicing many industries. In this important role, you will drive the engagement with developers, NVIDIA engineering, and Product to identify gaps and increase GPU adoption. You will play a meaningful role in defining future software for our Merlin platform. The ideal candidate has experience in collaborating with recommender systems ("RecSys") solution providers and has a proven RecSys background.

At NVIDIA, we are building Merlin, a framework for building high-performance, deep learning-based recommender systems. Recommender systems are "the engine of the Internet," and therefore, this is a high-profile, important role at one of the world leaders in artificial intelligence.

What you'll be doing:

• Building relationships with leading software companies in the RecSys space to drive adoption of NVIDIA GPU and SDKs
  
  


• Map the collaboration opportunities with each partner (Marketing, Technical, PR or Go To Market)
  
  


• Build a balanced and diverse ecosystem of partners in this market
  
  


• Work with other alliance managers (peers), account managers, Marketing and GMs to highlight Merlin partners to drive industry-specific activities
  
  


• Collaborate with Marketing to promote our engagements with our partners
  
  


• influence the Merlin (Nvidia DL RecSys Platform) product roadmap
  
  


• Lead market research to identify key industry trends
  
  

What we need to see:

• Recently completing a BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent work experience
  
  


• 3+ years of experience in building developer ecosystems for revolutionary technologies
  
  


• Strong leadership skills
  
  


• Recommendation System experience a must have .
  
  


• Excellent communication abilities and collaborative attitude
  
  


• Proven understanding of machine learning, deep learning, artificial intelligence platforms
  
  


• Solid understanding of RecSys technologies (all pipeline stages: ETL, Training, and Inferencing), with one or more of the leaders in the RecSys space
  
  


• Solid understanding of the deep learning ecosystem - which markets are emerging most quickly, key players, competitors, etc.
  
  

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

• Experience successfully building strategic partnerships and a versatile ISVs ecosystem for RecSys
  
  


• Background with NVIDIA GPUs and SDKs
