Right now we're looking for a Sr Business Applications Analyst - ServiceNow to join our growing team.

Job Description

What Would You Do?

• Understands operational objectives and business processes.


• Partners with stakeholders to align technology solutions with business objectives and identify improvement opportunities.


• Documents current & future state process flow diagrams, including effective controls.


• Defines project structure by identifying project milestones, phases and activities; forming project team; establishing project budget.


• Monitors project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; communicating project progress & status; recommending actions.


• Defines configuration specifications and functional requirements, including reporting requirements.


• Develops functional design documents.


• Collaborates with developers to ensure that functional designs are understood and executed correctly.


• Works with users to create and execute test cases.


• Plans and manages project migration (cutover) process.


• Develops and maintains professional relationships with all stakeholders (IT, business, vendor, etc.).


• Helps design, document, and maintain system processes.


• Mentors junior team members.

Qualifications

• Four year college degree, or equivalent experience


• 5 years related experience


• 4 years of ServiceNow application experience


• 3 to 5 years' experience within implementation or business environment. Experience developing comprehensive business requirements, functional design documents, completing impact assessments, and contributing to business cases that identify value of the change
